FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will my order ship?
We will ship out your order 2 to 3 business days after it has been placed. Some items (customized t-shirts, for example) might require additional processing time--if that is the case, the total handling time will be clearly specified on the item description. We will never leave you in the dark! If we ever, for any reason, anticipate any processing delays, we will contact you promptly to let you know.
When will I receive my order?
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, so once we send it on its way, your order should arrive within 3 business days. All domestic orders will be shipped out with a tracking number, so you'll be able to track your package on its journey to your doorstep.
For international orders, we use USPS First Class International Mail, which takes approximately 7 to 14 days to arrive. This service doesn't include a tracking number, but it does offer delivery confirmation.
If you need your order right away or prefer to use a different shipping method, email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to work with you.
Where do you ship?
We ship just about anywhere in the world! You'll be able to select a destination country and review shipping and handling charges at checkout. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll add it for you.
What size should I get?
I consulted the size guide, but I still ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange or return it?
We try to make finding the right size as easy as possible for you by including a detailed size guide with every item description. Still, we know that kids grow fast, and that it might be difficult for you to determine the size you need. If our clothes don't fit or just aren't the right style or color, you can send them back to us for an exchange. Since we stand behind our products 100%, if you are not totally satisfied with your order and would like to return it, we will refund you the purchase price.
Unfortunately, as the postal service and other mail carriers won't reimburse us for shipping, we can't refund your shipping charges when you exchange or return items.
We will accept items for exchange or return within 15 days of receipt as long as they are unworn (no stains, tears, holes, odd smells, etc.), unwashed, and with tags still attached.
